CLEANING AND RECOVERY OF PVC, STAINLESS STEELS AND NOBLE WOODS

Surface cleaning, stain removal and damage repair and subsequent polishing of stainless steel and PVC or application of treatment with oils or varnishes on tropical wood.

CLEANING OF TANKS AND FLOODING

By suction of sludge and liquids with high-pressure suction equipment.

STEAM CLEANING

Cleaning and disinfection of sensitive or hard-to-reach surfaces with a dry steam generator at 9 bars and 175 °C, especially suitable for industrial kitchens, clean rooms, mattresses, chandeliers, technical ceilings, etc. When using only water vapour, a 100% ecological cleaning and total disinfection are guaranteed, since there is no bacteria, insect or microorganism that can withstand continuous exposures to 175 °C.

POLISHED, CRYSTALLISED AND SATINATED FLOORING

As its name suggests, it consists in toning, sealing and raising the colour tone of marble, granite, terrazzo, concrete, hydraulic and linoleum tiles using silent, no-waste rotators, allowing it to be carried out in working hotels, hospitals and companies and in residential dwellings that are in use, not only improving their appearance, but also extending their useful life and helping their cleaning. This treatment is carried out in two phases:
a. Striping to remove impurities stuck to the surface and opening the surface of the support so that the rinse aid can penetrate.
b. Crystallising through the application of a crystallising product to polish the surface and form a protective layer, giving the stone a natural and lasting shine.

ANTI-SLIP TREATMENTS

We apply anti-slip treatments on ceramic, porcelain stoneware, marble, granite, terrazzo, hydraulics tile, polished concrete, gresite, bathtubs and shower plates. After cleaning the surface, we apply specific products for the type surface being treated to give it anti-slip properties, especially in humid environments.

AGEING AND BUSH HAMMERING

We carry out ageing and bush hammering treatments on floors and walls made of stone, marble, terrazzo, granite and concrete, and by doing so, besides improving the aesthetics, we give make the surface anti-slip, as it is given a more rugged texture.

TREATMENTS ON PORCELAIN CERaMIC, PARQUET AND LINOLEUM

Rotary cleaning with Silicon carbide discs and specific products, finished with mechanical vacuum.

PAVING POLISHING

We carry out polishing on marble, granite, terrazzo, concrete and hydraulic tile floors with orbital and/or recess polishers equipped with stones or diamonds with different grains, depending on the condition of the surface to be treated, either to take new floors down in order to remove parts that stick out due to their positioning or to restore old and worn floors. Diamond polishing uses stones used are made up of fragments of natural diamond and give a brighter finish with making it less slippery according to the UNE ENV 2633: 2003 standard. This treatment is suitable for the removal of carpeted flooring and recovery of the underlying surface.

SURFACE PROTECTION AND WATERPROOFING

Waterproofing and anti-stain products, after treatment of the support to be treated, on horizontal and vertical stone, sandstone, artificial, marble, granite, terrazzo, concrete, mud and hydraulic tile surfaces. This will extend the useful life of these materials and keep them clean, as it helps their daily maintenance.

TREATMENT OF BAKED CLAY AND TERRACOTA

This type of material is made from clay baked at low temperatures, which gives it very porous properties. It is therefore necessary to apply a treatment to seal these pores and prevent them from absorbing dirt. Before applying this sealant treatment it is necessary to clean the surface to be treated with rotary machines with 3M discs and specific cleaners.

RESTORATION OF WOODEN FLOORING, PAVING AND STAIRS

We restore all types of paving, both horizontal and vertical that have deteriorated either due to poor maintenance or the passage of time.
This restoration consists of repairing cavities, dents, potholes, grooves and cracks in floors, steps and stairs, joining gaps and enhancing non-slip strips on steps on floors of continuous terrazzo or concrete. After the repair, the finishing treatment desired by the customer will be applied, from roughing, polishing or milling to polishing or sealing with epoxy or lithium resins to strengthen the concrete and increase its durability and help the cleaning and maintenance of the surface. This type of treatment is very common in large areas, industrial buildings, garages and parking lots made using continuous concrete and terrazzo.
We also restore parquet floors, in which case the polishing is done with a sander, we fill the imperfections and then apply the varnish or paint that the client wishes.

CLEANING WITH MECHANICAL VACUUM CLEANERS

Cleaning with high-performance mechanical vacuum cleaners on paving of car parks, garages, boulevards, warehouses and large areas.

STREET CLEANING WITH SELF-PROPELLED SWEEPERS
